Maybe it feels like you're constantly doing things for others, but there's nothing left for yourself. This can impact your personal life, your work, or both.

I’m here to help you honor your emotional experiences and work with the difficult feelings that may be holding you back from living the life you want. Together, we can find a way to approach those challenges that doesn't feel so overwhelming.

Finding the right therapist can be tough, and whether you’re new to therapy or you’ve tried before without quite finding the right fit, I understand how daunting it can feel. I want you to know that I’m here for you, and I truly admire you for taking this step. Opening up takes courage, and I’m honored to be considered a part of your journey.

Hi, I’m so happy you’re here

As a therapist, I show up with curiosity and respect for you as person who has gone through real, raw experiences. I believe you are the expert on your experiences and know what will work best for you and your life.

I will be your ally and teammate as we work through your goals. I work with women from all walks of life confronting anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, codependency, perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, issues relating to neurodiversity (particularly ADHD and Autism), and challenging life transitions.

Therapy is a dynamic tool that can help you uncover sources of pain, grief, and anger that can get in the way of more joyful, life-giving experiences and emotions. I will help you honor your emotional experiences while learning to manage the unwelcome symptoms that interfere with you living the life you envision for yourself.

Commitment to Inclusivity and Affirmation:

At Well Space Therapy, LLC, we are proud to be an LGBTQIA+ affirming practice. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or background. Here, you are seen, valued, and supported just as you are.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I specialize in working with women and those identifying as women navigating neurodiversity related issues, along with common comorbidities, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and difficult life transitions.

My work is centered around supporting neurodivergent women, especially those who identify with Autistic, AuDHD or ADHD labels. I believe that both formal diagnosis and self diagnosis hold validity.

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including providing therapy at a residential treatment center, working at a crisis outpatient agency, and group private practice.

I consider myself a modern therapist, meaning that we will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and find real solutions that will improve your sense of self, relieve your anxiety, and maneuver through life’s difficulties. I am also neurodiversity-affirming, which means that I will support you in navigating the complex life stressors that align with neurodiverse experience.

Seeking out therapy is a profound act of self-love and I am so glad you have decided that you are worthy of something better. I am here to hold space for you and be your ally during this challenging time.

Therapy is an opportunity to embark on a life-changing experience.

I work with my clients to help them understand the thought patterns, belief systems, and expectations that influence how they move through the world. Together, we will examine patterns of behavior that get in the way of you living the meaningful life you desire. As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I believe there is no correct way of experiencing the world. I encourage a sense of curiosity and discovery in sessions, with an appropriate mix of humor.

I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy. I strive to provide therapy that is strengths-based, non-pathologizing, and psychodynamic in nature while pulling from multiple modalities, primarily using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic/Person-Centered Therapy, and Feminist Therapy, which create solutions-focused outcomes for clients. I also use attachment theory and mindfulness-based practices.

My Approach TO THERAPY

I often spend sessions focusing on themes such as self-compassion, attachment style, distress tolerance, stress management, codependency, boundaries, and perfectionism.

No matter how challenging your present situation may be, I believe therapy can be transformative and affirming. I invite you to reach out today and begin your healing process. My commitment is to not judge you but to provide a space where you can show up as the most authentic version of yourself.
